Key Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to enhance and scale our systems, ensuring improved availability, reliability, and performance
  • Work closely with development teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, enhancing their skills and capabilities
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies to address the evolving needs of our internal teams and external clients
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure management, system deployments, and product release operations
  • Continuously assess and adopt new technologies to boost infrastructure efficiency
  • Analyze and project capacity and growth plans for the future
  • Serve as the Infrastructure and Operations expert for the development team
  • Develop and maintain documentation, run books, and other necessary technical materials
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, employing a follow-the-sun approach

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong blend of technical expertise, practical skills, and leadership experience
  • Over 7 years of design and implementation experience in multi-cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
  • Proficient in the architecture and operation of container technologies, including Kubernetes and service-mesh
  • Expertise in Linux system administration, networking, and security, particularly in cloud settings
  • Strong command of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD platforms like ArgoCD and GitHub Actions
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Background in microservices architectures and debugging techniques
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript
  • Adept at communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and articulate software product features and strategies
  • Experience collaborating with Data Engineers and Scientists on ML and ETL pipelines

The expected salary range for this position is between $97,000 and $144,500, reflecting base salary only. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills, and experience.

The total rewards package for a Regular Full-Time employee may include variable incentives, savings matching, extended health and dental benefits, wellness programs, development opportunities, and additional employee perks.
