  • Signage and Advertising: Place signage in and on vehicles for advertising purposes, helping to attract potential customers.
  • Vehicle Monitoring: Monitor and organize vehicles daily based on their progress in the reconditioning process, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and ready for sale.
  • Lot Tidiness: Maintain a clean and organized lot, including garbage clearing and other tasks as needed.
  • Vehicle Detailing: Responsible for the detailing of interior and exterior of customer vehicles, including vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing.
  • General Car Detailing: Perform general car detailing activities, including washing, vacuuming, and deodorizing.
  • Deliveries and Transportation: Deliver dealer trades to neighboring stores and drive customers home as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Driving Skills: Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Cleaning Experience: Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools, including power washers.
  • Soft Skills: Dependable, reliable, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
