Job Title: Tile Installer

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at G S Homes Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing tiles in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring they are clean, dry, and free of debris.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as required.
  • Set tiles in place, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power tools.
  • Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout.
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in tile installation, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours of Work

35 to 40 hours per week.
