About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Happy Helpers Cleaning Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality service to our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean and safe.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, including estimating costs and tracking expenses.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or hospitality.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Certifications: Bondable, basic security clearance, and a valid driver's license.
