Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Happy Helpers Cleaning Services Limited. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they are clean and safe for our clients.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure that all payments are made on time.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic security clearance and a valid driver's license.
