Cleaner Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Happy Helpers Cleaning Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic security clearance and bondable.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
