Hotel General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hotel operations, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Administer the hotel budget, manage expenses, and ensure financial stability.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the hotel operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
