Job Title: Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations, excellent guest service, and high-quality products.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
