Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9408-8283 Quebec Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including scheduling and training
  • Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliability and dependability
Working Conditions:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English or French.Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
