Warehouse Coordinator

At 7133081 Manitoba Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of retail parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

* Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to meet customer demands
* Identify, label, and catalogue items received to maintain accurate inventory records
* Maintain records on inventory control systems to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies as needed
* Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
* Store items in warehouse, tool room, or supply area to ensure easy access and retrieval

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

* Ability to distinguish between colors to accurately identify and categorize items
* Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient order fulfillment
* Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods to perform tasks in the warehouse
* Physically demanding tasks to move and store heavy items
* Repetitive tasks to maintain a high level of productivity

Weight Handling:

* Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) to move and store heavy items

Personal Suitability:

* Dependability to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accurate inventory records
* Organized to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and ensure efficient order fulfillment
* Reliability to ensure seamless communication with team members and stakeholders
