About the Role:

The Warehouse Coordinator is a key member of our team at Parkland Corporation, responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate loading of customer orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate the duties of warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely loading of customer orders, maintaining optimum stock levels within the constraints of the warehouse size.
  • Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with drivers to determine proper delivery routing, reconcile, order, and schedule bulk and packaged inventory deliveries.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ship confirm orders in JD Edwards system, process customers' orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Control: Perform weekly/monthly inventory counts, manage and monitor inventory turns in the warehouse, and document procedures.
  • Driver Support: Support deliveries as needed and require a valid Class 3 driver's license.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Sales and service experience considered an asset, with experience working in the fuel industry or with lubricant products being an added advantage.
  • Skills: Capable of intense physical demands, including heavy lifting, and ensuring proper lifting technique. Proficient in JD Edwards and experience operating a forklift and working in a warehouse setting.
  • Education: University degree or logistics diploma would be an asset.
