Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and exhibiting designers to plan and develop permanent and temporary exhibits and displays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient sales operations
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions
  • Authorize return of merchandise and establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Client focus and team player
