- Caseload Management: Develop and oversee a personalized caseload for clients.
- Intake and Assessment: Conduct thorough intake interviews and assessments to identify client needs.
- Counseling and Referrals: Provide supportive counseling and make appropriate referrals to additional services.
- Collaboration: Work in partnership with other organizations to enhance service delivery.
- Emergency Assistance: Assist clients in navigating emergency situations effectively.
- Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: College diploma in Social Services or a related field.
- Experience: Previous work with marginalized populations is highly valued.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Physical capacity to lift up to forty pounds.
- Commitment to supporting the mission of The Salvation Army.
