  • Assist the COO by providing market data and insights to shape pricing strategies.
  • Represent AMAG as the senior sales authority.
  • Engage in the strategic planning process.

This leadership position requires external representation of AMAG and necessitates collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage with plant operators across diverse roles and settings, fostering trusted relationships and gaining a thorough understanding of plant systems to identify and cultivate opportunities.

  • Preferred experience in the nuclear power sector.
  • Strong technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with technical experts to convey the operational principles of our clients' systems and the value of our flow measurement services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or physics.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a technical role, with a preference for experience in sales or proposal development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer-focused relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Strategic mindset with robust analytical abilities.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM/lead tracking software.
