About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at A-CLASS INC. as a key member of our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate records.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering clients' inquiries and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
