Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the procurement, logistics, and distribution of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain process, including sourcing, demand planning, purchasing, and ERP integration. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process, including negotiations with suppliers and service providers, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Oversee the logistics and distribution of products, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and logistics partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and vendor performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Experience with ERP software, including Evora, Dynamics 365, and NetSuite.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer

Bold Growth Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including casual dress, dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, and life insurance.
