About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installation Specialist to join our team at Canamex Siding Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated siding products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and maintain exterior prefabricated siding products, addressing any issues or defects.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precise and accurate measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work site environment: Outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Work setting: Construction, renovation, and installation projects.
  • Physical capabilities: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal suitability: Punctuality, dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Work language: English.
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week.
