Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
