Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

- Standing for extended periods

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
