About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Elite Marketing Solutions Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Communication Strategy

Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with customers, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Digital Marketing

Direct the development and maintenance of our website and social media presence to ensure a strong online presence.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

Budgeting and Planning

Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources.

Media Relations

Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.

Public Relations

Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.

Advertising

Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.

Client Support

Initiate and maintain contact with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Database Management

Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position.
