Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified instructor to teach curriculum related to the Building Service Worker Certificate program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational services to participants, ensuring they understand and comply with college policies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide teaching and educational services to participants, including advice and instructional assistance.
  • Ensure participants understand and comply with college rules and policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate participant progress in the course.
  • Prepare and maintain course materials, outlines, lesson plans, and attendance records.
  • Communicate with the Program Administrator/Coordinator on any issues related to student participation or course delivery.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree and post-secondary teaching experience are preferred.
  • Applicants with an equivalent combination of teaching and work experience may be considered.
  • Good written and oral English skills, as well as good interpersonal skills, are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a relevant certificate program or higher.
  • Current experience working within the field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
