We are seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Supertemp. This role is essential in managing employee remuneration and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial matters.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college diploma or a non-university certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
The position is based in a general office setting, providing a collaborative atmosphere for all team members.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and distribute detailed earnings statements for employees, outlining gross and net pay along with applicable deductions.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring easy retrieval of data.
- Perform administrative tasks, including the organization of filing systems.
- Prepare and reconcile period-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy against bank statements.
- Handle documentation related to employee benefits, including pension plans and medical insurance.
- Advise employees on payroll inquiries and benefits information.
- Track and maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime for accurate payroll processing.
- Conduct data entry tasks as required.
- Proficient in SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
All candidates must undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
