About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Nougat Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries, including cookies, strudels, danishes, tarts, and cakes.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demand and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in baking and pastry making, preferably in a commercial bakery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
