Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers, to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Train and supervise staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Ensure that all baked goods meet established quality and presentation standards.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and dependability.
