Bakery Production Specialist

ZONAS CANADA INC. is seeking a skilled Bakery Machine Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality food products.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality and safety standards.
- Record production data and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery and packaging areas.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in food processing and packaging.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food processing or packaging environment.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The Bakery Machine Operator will work in a food processing plant and bakery environment, with exposure to various machinery and equipment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 30 hours per week, with a permanent employment status.
