TV2 Consulting is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and develop a deep understanding of the organization's operational landscape.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements, and drive the development of high-quality solutions.
  • Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of business solutions.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering business solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and developing technical specifications that meet business needs.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or TFS, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive business solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, with relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP) a plus.

**Benefits:**

  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week.
  • Location: Onsite in Montreal.
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor.
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience.
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
