About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Myskysys. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on business systems and processes, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with vendors to manage the design and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and option analysis of potential business solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Actively participate in the implementation, development, and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs.
  • Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement information systems solutions.
  • Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most effective course of action.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of business systems and processes.
  • In-depth experience with supporting/leading designing, developing, testing, and implementation within the business systems area.
  • In-depth experience with Jira/Confluence/MS Office tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients, internal and external stakeholders, senior management, and staff.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical individuals.
  • A team player, collaborative, and independently driven.
  • Must demonstrate a flexible, open-minded attitude and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience effectively leading meetings and facilitating groups to reach consensus.
