We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team at CB Canada, a prominent player in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and support the development process.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis on both technical and functional requirements.
- Investigate and identify areas that necessitate further examination.
- Facilitate the resolution of application-related issues.
- Perform thorough root cause analysis to address problems effectively.
- Engage with users throughout various phases of projects to ensure alignment.
- Compile and present high-level status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage relationships and expectations across all levels of management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Oracle financial system modules and Cloud Fusion applications.
- A minimum of 3 years in the insurance or reinsurance financial services sector.
- Expertise in reporting design, applications, and database management.
- At least 5 years of technical analysis experience within the finance domain.
- Strong skills in project management and facilitation of brainstorming sessions.
- Proficient in SQL for effective data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Contract Information
This position is offered as a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
