About the Role

Holt Executive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of satellite-delivered voice and high-speed data communications solutions, we require a professional with expertise in configuration control processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management: Manage the processing of Change Requests, Change Proposals, and Requests for Variance from initiation through to approval and implementation.
  • Configuration Control: Ensure the accurate, timely, and effective coordination, control, review, approval, and management of change.
  • Document Management: Manage the assignment and recording of document identifiers, log and capture program documents, and maintain status in the Document Library.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in continuous process improvement activities by identifying and driving improvements that will make the Change Control and Configuration Management processes more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Library Information Science/College Degree in Information and Library Technologies related field or equivalent combination of related experience and education.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of related experience in Data Management and/or Configuration Management Proficiency.
  • Certification: Formal training or certification in the use of Configuration Management standards such as CM2, ANSI-EIA 649, or ISO 10007 or applicable experience as an ITIL Change Manager/Coordinator.
What We Offer

Holt Executive Ltd offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and occasional travel anticipated. The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
