Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team at Rujia Property Management Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Commission systems and components
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
