The Fashion Retail Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing and organizing all apparel products while ensuring a tidy and inviting shopping environment. This role involves upholding merchandising standards, maintaining accurate product displays, and ensuring clear signage in a safe and orderly space. The Specialist will collaborate with team members to effectively prioritize and execute tasks based on operational needs and workload. This team will also spearhead the implementation of seasonal displays and features provided by the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities...

  1. Delivering outstanding Customer Service by warmly welcoming all customers, assisting them in product selection, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues while directing concerns appropriately.
  2. Contributing to a secure, clean, and hazard-free workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures, including completing safety checklists and ensuring that displays and fixtures are stable.
  3. Managing the processing and stocking of all apparel products.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized sales area for an enhanced customer experience.
  5. Merchandising non-standard fashion items effectively.
  6. Ensuring that appropriate fixtures and supplies are utilized and replaced as needed.
  7. Utilizing correct signage as dictated by the merchandising plan.
  8. Timely replenishment and merchandising of seasonal items.
