Position Overview

The Sales Operations Supervisor at Mirra Masa Fashion plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales team and ensuring operational efficiency within the retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide staff including apprentices, sales associates, and design teams.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Manage inventory procurement and merchandise orders.
  • Authorize merchandise returns as needed.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for the sales team.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and maintain inventory effectively.
