Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at Mirra Masa Fashion. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales team performs effectively and meets our business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, including apprentices and support staff.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges of products.
  • Create and implement work schedules for the sales team.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to drive revenue.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
