Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, start to finish, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through effective communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including door-to-door flyer distribution in neighborhoods around work sites.

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
  • Coachable and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $15-$20/hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
