Job Description

At SWIFT FINANCIAL SERVICES, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring the successful implementation of our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of our organizational objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Event Management: Manage events and ensure their successful execution.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as efficient interpersonal skills.
