Senior Full Stack Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer (Identity / Access Management)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall system health and minimizing downtime and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system availability and ensure overall system health
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment, testing, and management
  • Implement standard methodologies for code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to streamline software delivery and drive business value through high-quality releases
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance and resource utilization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incident response and resolution
  • Engineer solutions for scalability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery in a distributed application environment
  • Use performance data to fine-tune system configurations and conduct capacity planning
  • Advocate for the adoption of SRE practices to improve software reliability and deployment frequency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Full Stack experience
  • React and NodeJS experience
  • Automation testing
  • Experience improving release process
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration
  • Eagerness to learn emerging technologies and understand their potential impact on future developments
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
