Chief of Medical Staff

Kepler Communications Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Medical Staff to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's medical strategy and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement medical strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Mentor and develop the medical leadership team, ensuring they possess the skills and expertise needed to execute the company's medical strategy.
  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in fundraising efforts, developing investor pitches and crafting compelling stories to attract venture capital and other funding sources.
  • Champion internal communication, ensuring employees are informed on strategic priorities and developments.
