Chief of Medical Staff Opportunity at MedMe Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Medical Staff to join our team at MedMe Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Support the Head of Growth in expanding into new markets and customer segments, including specialty and online pharmacies.
  • Work with team leaders to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department.
  • Support executive functions, including financial forecasting, fundraising strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities in various pharmacy markets.
  • Oversee the development and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions to the business.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and relationships to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Assist the CEO and co-founding team in developing and maintaining a strong company culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
