About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning process for our iconic brands, including Smartfood, SunChips, and Rold Gold. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive long-term growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand positioning and growth goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Insights and Agency partners to deliver effective marketing programming.
  • Wire and collaborate with US/Global counterparts to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business/Commerce or Marketing.
  • Proven strategic thinking skills and leadership capability.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to take data to insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and business judgment skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
