Occupational Therapist

Lifemark is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients to assess and address their physical and cognitive functioning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence and productivity
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders
- Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
