Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the main liaison for clients regarding data management outputs.
  • Provide project oversight in collaboration with client data managers and internal stakeholders to drive ongoing process enhancements.
  • Foster robust client relationships.

Service Oversight:

  • Collaborate with the Data Operations team to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to junior staff members.

Financial Oversight/Business Development Assistance:

  • Oversee statements of work and budget management.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of financial performance reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement process improvements within the CDM team.
  • Lead initiatives focused on best practices or specialized teams.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of innovative technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in Data Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within CDM projects.
  • Proven experience in managing complex negotiations with clients.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices and the clinical drug development lifecycle.
