Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Philthy Philly Cheesesteak and Poutinerie. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat and finish simple food items, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a fast-paced environment, manage overtime, and complete repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player, initiative, and positive attitude.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on food service or a related field.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
