Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to oversee our administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency at Columbia International College. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance productivity.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative operations of the organization.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative functions.
  • Address and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Plan and organize translation and interpretation services.
  • Translate various written documents as needed.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic mail and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and social media platforms.
  • Competent in using MS Windows.
Work Experience

Experience in project coordination is essential.

Security Requirements
  • Must possess basic security clearance.
  • A criminal record check is required.
Travel Requirements

The candidate must be willing to travel as necessary.
