We are seeking an experienced Energy Operations Vice President to join our team at Next Power Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Operational Management
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Human Resources
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead teams and departments.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure employee engagement and productivity.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for security and safety.
  • Work Environment
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 40 to 44 hours per week.
