Fruit and Vegetable Quality Control Specialist

Sandy Shore Farms Limited is seeking a highly skilled Fruit and Vegetable Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our fresh produce.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our fresh produce to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Sampling and Testing: Take samples of our products at various stages of processing and conduct routine tests for product specifications.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control and production processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to identify and address any quality control issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to ensure continuous improvement in our quality control processes.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a quality control role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
