Position Overview

Williams and White Machine Inc. is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience through various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or a non-university certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a variety of events aimed at promoting our services and raising funds.
  • Manage the creation of public-facing written content.
  • Draft comprehensive documents including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Address inquiries from the business community regarding growth opportunities.
  • Conduct research on marketing tactics for industrial and commercial offerings.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in developing brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate special promotional events and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets.
  • Perform analytical studies to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create a portfolio of marketing resources.
  • Implement online marketing strategies, including E-commerce and website promotions.
  • Formulate effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the management of a digital database.
  • Plan and execute advertising and marketing campaigns.
