We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Clerk to join our team at SI Alarms Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing purchases, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, verify stock availability, and reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Process requisition orders, prepare purchase orders, and obtain price quotations from suppliers.
- Customer Service: Provide information on available materials, calculate costs of orders, and resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers.
- Inventory Control: Set up and maintain inventory control system, monitor inventory levels, and prepare inventory reports.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Basic security clearance, valid driver's license, and proficiency in accounting software, electronic mail, and MS Office.
