Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Clerk to join our team at SI Alarms Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing purchases, and ensuring efficient stock rotation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and process purchases in a timely manner
  • Ensure efficient stock rotation and minimize stockouts
  • Process requisition orders and prepare purchase orders
  • Verify receipts and packing slips
  • Record inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct quality control and dispose of outdated stock
  • Liaise with suppliers and Canada Customs
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory control software
