About the Role

The Sales Appointment Coordinator is a key member of the Trotman Auto Group team, responsible for initiating sales appointments for our Sales Consultants. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Trotman Auto Group
  • Schedule sales appointments with customers
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an asset
  • A proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
