We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Patrick Morin inc. as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing policies to ensure the smooth running of our department store.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and implement price and credits policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business or department store
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
